The challenge
Recare is a family-run business specialising in mobility equipment. They needed an exhibition stand with clear zones to showcase different product types and partner brands. The design had to maintain an overarching Recare brand identity.
Durability was a key requirement. The team intended to reuse the stand at the same show for several years. We needed to provide a modular solution that could withstand repeated use while remaining easy to install.
Our work
We designed and built a central four-metre high tower structure from Aluvision framework. This acted as a beacon in the hall. We clad the tower in reusable printed panel graphics and installed three large 4K screens at a high level. These screens played marketing videos to draw in attendees from a distance.
The tower included a lockable store room to hide away AV equipment, giveaway stock and staff belongings. We used powerful downlights to ensure the entire space was well-lit and professional.
To improve the visitor experience, we included a dedicated welcome desk for greeting guests. We also installed a coffee station to keep visitors refreshed during their time on the stand. A colourful split floor helped to designate different spaces and product zones visually.
The result
The result is a robust and high-impact exhibition stand. This design has proven its value by being reused at Naidex for the last five years. It continues to look fresh and professional at every event.
The Recare team reported a fantastic experience at the show. They achieved great engagement across their product showcase and held valuable conversations with new and existing connections. They were able to present their largest-ever product line-up. This included manual and powered wheelchairs along with innovative seating solutions.
