Mindtools wanted to translate the look and feel of their digital platform into a physical environment. They needed a comfortable space that incorporated vibrant branding. The brief required the use of wood and plants to create a natural, approachable atmosphere. We had to zone the stand effectively to accommodate product demonstrations, formal meet-and-greets and informal conversations.

We designed a central four-metre tower as the main focal point of the stand. This modular Aluvsion structure featured vibrant fabric graphics and a large 4K screen to showcase marketing videos. We included a lockable store room within the tower to hide stock and technical equipment. Powerful downlights illuminated the entire area and highlight the integrated literature shelves.

A dedicated demo bar provided a space for visitors to try training materials on secure iPads. We also built custom wooden lightboxes with slatted uprights. These architectural elements softened the aesthetic and made the stand feel more approachable.

To maintain a clean look, we used a raised sub-floor to route all cables out of sight. We installed carpet with organic cut-out shapes to help define the different zones and reinforce the branding. Comfortable bench seating provided a perfect spot for informal meetings. Finally, we added high-level ceiling banner boxes to ensure the Mindtools logo was visible across the entire hall at Learning Technologies.

The Mindtools team had a fantastic experience. The stand was vibrant and functional. It provided a comfortable environment that allowed the sales team to perform at their best.

The team held numerous meetings with new leads and caught up with many existing customers throughout the event. This project demonstrates how a modular exhibition stand can deliver a premium brand experience. Custom touches helped Mindtools stand out clearly from their competitors. We look forward to supporting Mindtools at future events.
