The challenge was to create a playful and social event space within the exhibition stand, while also providing clear areas for product demos and informal meetings. The stand needed to be highly visible and accessible from multiple angles, especially considering the neighbouring Accountex show theatre.

The stand’s centrepiece was a pair of towering structures wrapped in vibrant graphics and featuring large screens. A bridge connecting the towers, adorned with eye-catching cloud lights, served as a focal point. A coffee bar, interactive demo stations, and a giant labyrinth game with competitive timer and leaderboard added to the lively atmosphere. The stand’s modular design ensured future reusability, and careful attention was paid to the logistics and installation process.

The FreeAgent exhibition stand was a resounding success at Accountex, captivating visitors and leaving a lasting impression. Its visually striking design, coupled with interactive elements and a functional layout, created a truly immersive experience. The stand not only effectively communicated FreeAgent’s brand message but also generated a significant number of valuable leads.
