Edding, the internationally renowned manufacturer of high-quality marking and writing instruments, aimed to create a significant impact at the London Stationery Show. Having a strong reputation for innovation and quality, Edding sought to translate their brand essence into an engaging and functional exhibition stand. We were delighted to partner with them to bring their vision to life.
The challenge
The primary challenge was to design and build an exhibition stand that effectively showcased Edding’s diverse product range and fostered meaningful engagement with attendees at the London Stationery Show. The stand needed to reflect Edding’s commitment to creativity and quality while providing a practical space for product demonstrations and interactions.
Our work
We designed and built a bright, inviting, and highly functional exhibition stand for Edding. The stand featured a prominent white aesthetic with bold red accents, mirroring Edding’s iconic brand colours.
The layout was carefully planned to optimise product visibility and visitor flow. We incorporated ample illuminated display shelving to showcase Edding’s extensive range of markers, pens, and sprays, ensuring products were easily accessible and well-lit. A large digital screen on the main wall played engaging content, drawing attention and providing information.
A central white counter served as a welcoming point for visitors, complete with Edding’s distinctive logo prominently displayed. This counter also featured product displays, encouraging hands-on interaction. On the right side of the stand, a dynamic black wall created a contrasting backdrop for a fun “Spin to Win!” wheel, offering attendees a chance to win prizes. The overall design ensured a seamless brand experience, from the overarching structure to the smallest product detail.
The result
The exhibition stand was a resounding success for Edding at the London Stationery Show. Its clean, modern design, combined with interactive elements and clear product displays, attracted a steady stream of visitors. The stand effectively communicated Edding’s brand values of quality and creativity, leading to increased brand visibility and valuable engagement with potential customers and partners. The functional layout facilitated smooth demonstrations and conversations, ensuring a productive and memorable experience for both Edding and its visitors.
