At Lunch! 2025, we partnered with Atlante UK to design and build three unique shell scheme exhibition stands for three distinct food & drink brands. Each stand shared the same size and specifications but featured a bespoke style tailored to capture the individual character of each brand.
The challenge
Designing three exhibition stands for Lunch! 2025 posed a unique challenge: each brand required a distinct visual identity and atmosphere, yet all stands needed to fit the same shell scheme specifications. Our team opted to create stand-out, brand-specific designs whilst maintaining a structured approach, ensuring each space effectively communicated the brand’s personality and engaged visitors.
Our work
Our design team brought the three food & drink brands to life with creatively distinct shell scheme exhibition stands using our Air Frame wall system. Each featured bold, seamless fabric graphics, while a sampling counter with lockable doors was customised per brand with features like illuminated logos, stood-off graphics, and different worktop finishes. Even the floor coverings were chosen to immerse visitors in each brand’s world.
From initial sketches and organiser documentation to full installation, our professional team managed the project every step of the way. All graphics were printed in-house and are reusable, making future events more cost-effective and sustainable.
The result
The project successfully delivered three visually compelling, fully functional shell scheme exhibition stands that captured the essence of each brand. By leveraging our Air Frame wall system, in-house graphics production, and professional installation team, we created reusable, cost-effective solutions for future events.
