NeuroBridge at
CIPD Festival of Work 2025

We worked with Neurobridge to design and build a new exhibition stand for CIPD Festival of Work 2025.
The Brief
For this 6m x 3m corner plot, NeuroBridge wanted a welcoming, accessible layout with a strong emphasis on natural materials. The requirements included a dedicated meeting area, an accessible zone for software product demonstrations, and a welcome desk featuring a secure display for promotional giveaways.
The Stand-Out Feature
We constructed 2.5m-high walls finished with seamless graphics and a halo-illuminated NeuroBridge logo. A structural canopy overhung the demo station, balancing the open meeting area which featured high bar seating. The welcome desk included an illuminated logo and an integrated, secure clear acrylic display case.
To bring the natural brief to life, we incorporated real wood accents throughout the stand, including solid timber worktops and matching timber cladding on the structural trims.
The Client's Verdict
We took a big leap this time, doubling the size of our stand. It felt daunting at first, but seeing it come to life, buzzing with people genuinely excited to learn about NeuroBridge and the power of true neuroinclusion, was incredible ♥️
