Lunch! 2026:
Exhibition Stand
Round-Up
Posted by Richard | 01/10/2026
The Graphic Mill team returned to Excel London this week to design and install exciting exhibition stands for Lunch! As one of the absolute busiest and most vibrant food and drink shows of the year, Lunch! remains a vital destination for the café, coffee shop, and food-to-go sector.
We also provided stands for customers at The National Restaurant, Pub & Bar Show, the sister show co-located with Lunch!
We created all of our exhibition stands out of our range of Aluvision modular framework for space-only stands, and Air Frames for Shell Scheme stands. For the 2026 event, we delivered an excellent mix of spaces for new and returning clients.
Here’s a look at the mouth-watering design details from this year’s show floor!
Unrooted Drinks
After building their stand for many years at various shows, we were thrilled to work with Unrooted Drinks on a brand-new exhibition stand design for 2026. This exciting new setup featured a stunning sampling counter wrapped in a Baobab wooden trunk printed texture, complete with an illuminated countertop and a sleek rounded design. Recessed shelving with warm wood-effect detailing and strong LED lighting perfectly highlighted their product displays, drawing the eye directly to the goods, while stacked display chillers sat strategically in the centre of the space.
A true standout element was the spectacular Baobab tree feature, a custom cut-to-shape graphic with brilliant rear illumination that framed a large screen for engaging marketing videos. The genius of this modular design allows us to easily reuse and reconfigure the stand for future events like the London Coffee Festival and Lunch! North, making it a budget-friendly and environmentally responsible choice for the brand.
Alterego
Alterego brought seriously bright, punchy graphics to the show for their delicious cottage cheese brand. We elevated their presence by positioning a glowing Alterego logo high above the stand, complete with striking rear LED illumination to ensure they were seen from across the hall.
The highly functional layout was designed for high traffic, including an L-shaped sampling counter packed with plenty of refrigeration and a hand wash station, alongside a tall product display chiller. We used brilliantly bright lighting throughout to make those bold graphic walls truly pop.
The Coconut Collab / Spooners
This year featured a fantastic shared space between The Coconut Collab and Spooners. Marking our second year working with The Coconut Collab, we used bright blue wood-effect graphics and an eye-catching rear-illuminated “Convert to Coconut” sign. Their dedicated area included a fully branded sampling counter and a tall product display chiller.
Spooners complemented the vibe perfectly with contrasting red graphic walls for high-impact branding. Their setup featured a sampling counter equipped with a small oven to heat up their irresistible cookie dough product, along with their own dedicated display chiller. The shared space was unified by a sleek raised floor that added a premium feel while cleverly hiding cables, and a shared storeroom kept giveaways and staff belongings neatly tucked away.
Saputo Dairy
We’ve had the pleasure of working with Saputo Dairy for several years, and for this show, and for this show, we took a sustainable approach by reusing their proven stand structure while giving it a completely fresh look with brand-new graphics. The inviting design featured a large sampling counter space with warm wooden worktops, beautifully contrasted by a sleek black framework and stylish pendant lighting.
A comfortable seating area was included to encourage informal meetings and lingering conversations, while the wide backwall showcased stunning, seamless graphics brilliantly illuminated by bright LED downlights.
La Vie
La Vie returned in style to the exhibition scene! We’ve worked with this fantastic brand many times at The National Restaurant, Pub & Bar Show (back in its Casual Dining days), and this year, we went all out. We built their vibrant beach bar shack-style structure complete with a bright, glowing logo lightbox, a clear roof, and an active cooking station that drew a crowd.
The stand was constructed using wooden wall panels within our Aluvision framework, featuring cut-to-shape vinyl graphics and printed posters. A bright ceiling banner box with internal LED illumination beamed their logo across the hall, while plenty of lush foliage and festoon fairy lights made the stand feel incredibly natural, bringing a warm, outdoor vibe right into the exhibition hall.
Jungle Squad
Jungle Squad made a massive impact with a bright and colourful shell scheme exhibition stand, anchored by a flawless, seamless back wall graphic. The vibrant space included an inviting sampling counter and fully branded cabinets to keep stock and staff belongings completely out of sight.
A large screen was integrated to showcase marketing videos, and the entire immersive experience was tied together with a custom-printed floor that invited visitors right into the Jungle Squad world.
Soul Fruit
Soul Fruit opted for a colourful, eye-catching shell scheme expo stand that effortlessly drew visitors in with a unique faux 3D window that appeared to look right out into a lush dragon fruit farm. This added depth and visual interest to the space, and the stand was perfectly completed with a wide, fully branded sampling counter ready for action.
Junday Bamboo Water
Following their brilliant recent rebrand, Junday Bamboo Water made the smart and sustainable choice to reuse their stand from the London Coffee Festival earlier in the year. The straightforward yet highly effective layout featured a welcoming sampling counter and a sleek product display chiller, all set against striking, fully branded seamless fabric graphic walls.
Conclusion: A Successful Lunch! Show
Our workshop and on-site build teams enjoyed another highly successful, action-packed week at Excel London. Lunch! 2026 has been a truly fantastic event for our clients, and we are incredibly grateful to work alongside such innovative, forward-thinking brands in the food and drink sector.
We’re already looking forward to Lunch! North and Northern Restaurant and Bar in Manchester next March!
