We know the NEC inside out. Here’s what you need to know.
Our pricing covers the full end-to-end service. This includes dedicated project management, 3D conceptual design, revisions, manufacturing in our UK workshop, transport to the NEC, on-site installation by our team, and breakdown/removal after the Food & Drink Expo closes.
Yes. This is one of the biggest reliefs for our clients. We submit all required Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS), construction phase plans, and stand drawings directly to the NEC organisers on your behalf, ensuring you are 100% compliant.
Absolutely. We design sustainably and modularly where possible. We offer storage solutions between shows and can adapt the existing architecture for different floor spaces at future events (e.g., IFE or Speciality & Fine Food Fair), maximising your ROI.
Once we have a brief, we typically turn around the initial 3D concept within 5-7 working days. With the show in April, we recommend starting the design conversation by December/January to ensure a stress-free timeline for approvals and manufacturing.
