Our team designed and built a series of exceptional Accountex exhibition stands that turned heads and sparked conversations. Each project combined creativity, craftsmanship, and strategic thinking to help our clients make a lasting impact at the show.

A long-time partner and one of the biggest attractions at the show, FreeAgent returned to ExceL London with a truly spectacular Accountex exhibition stand. Spanning an impressive 14m x 14m footprint, the stand dominated the exhibition floor and perfectly captured FreeAgent’s bold, approachable brand personality.

At its heart stood two central towers, each soaring to 4m high and wrapped in seamless, vibrant graphics. A custom-designed bridge linked the towers, complete with floating clouds and integrated lighting that created a striking visual feature from every angle. Above the stand, enormous ceiling banners ensured the FreeAgent brand could be seen from right across the hall — a commanding presence that drew visitors in throughout the event.

Inside the space, carefully planned zones made the stand as functional as it was eye-catching. Multiple demo stations allowed the FreeAgent team to showcase their software in action, while a bright and welcoming coffee bar area offered a comfortable place for relaxed conversations. Embedded screens, lightbox walls, and custom floor coverings all contributed to an immersive environment that felt cohesive, professional, and full of personality.

This project truly encapsulated what we love about exhibition design: combining technical precision with creative flair. For Graphic Mill, the FreeAgent build was not only one of our most ambitious Accountex stand designs to date, but also one of the most enjoyable — a vibrant, interactive space that celebrated everything that makes FreeAgent unique.

Zahara Software made a confident impression at Accountex 2025 with a sophisticated stand design that balanced form and function. Featuring 2.5m high backwalls, integrated storage, and seamless graphics accented with elegant downlighting, the stand delivered a clean and contemporary aesthetic.

A large backwall screen displayed looping marketing videos, while a dedicated demo station and spacious meeting areas provided the ideal setting for product demonstrations and client conversations. The welcoming central counter and soft grey carpet completed the look, creating a comfortable, professional environment that encouraged visitors to engage.

For Seabeck Solutions, we created a bright, inviting Accountex exhibition stand with a natural, approachable feel. Seamless 2.5m backwalls displayed clean, confident branding, enhanced by carefully positioned downlights that added depth and warmth to the space.

Twin welcome counters offered comfortable spots to meet delegates, while the wood-effect floor vinyl subtly defined their area, lending a stylish yet practical finish. The stand successfully combined strong brand presence with an open, engaging layout; an excellent example of how thoughtful stand design can make even a compact footprint feel spacious and refined.

Accountex 2025 was another standout year for Graphic Mill and our clients. Every Accountex exhibition stand we designed and built was crafted in-house using our versatile Aluvision framework system, printed on-site for flawless finish and fitted by our dedicated build team.
